1. About This Policy
This Privacy Policy and Membership Terms document applies to World Privilege Plus Ltd. and its wholly-owned UK subsidiary, World Privilege Plus Limited (together referred to as "World Privilege Plus", "we", "us" or "our") and to all members of the World Privilege Plus group.
This document explains how we collect and use your personal data, your rights in respect of that data, and the terms that govern your membership. Please read this document carefully before registering. By completing your registration, you confirm that you have read and agree to these terms in full.
2. Membership Terms & Conditions
2.1 The Programme
World Privilege Plus (the "Programme") is a digital membership service that provides access to exclusive discounts, offers, and benefits from a wide range of participating merchants. Access to the Programme is provided entirely online and constitutes a digital service for the purposes of the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
2.2 Membership Fees & Payment
Membership fees are due and payable at the point of registration or renewal, as set out in your membership agreement. All fees are stated inclusive of VAT where applicable. By completing payment, you are purchasing immediate access to a digital service.
2.3 No Refund Policy
All membership fees are strictly non-refundable. Once a membership has been purchased and activated, no refund will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to:
- Early cancellation of membership by the member;
- Non-use or partial use of the Programme or any of its benefits;
- Dissatisfaction with the range of merchants or offers available;
- Change of personal circumstances;
- Failure to use discount codes, e-codes or other digital benefits provided.
|
Important Notice: World Privilege Plus is a digital membership service. Discount codes, e-codes, merchant offers and all other membership benefits are made available immediately upon registration and activation. For this reason, no refunds are available once a membership has been activated, regardless of whether those benefits have been used. |
2.4 Waiver of Cancellation Rights — Digital Content
Please read this section carefully before completing your registration.
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, consumers ordinarily have the right to cancel a contract within 14 days of entering into it (the "Cooling-Off Period"). However, this right does not apply where all three of the following conditions are met:
- The contract is for the supply of digital content not supplied on a tangible medium; and
- The consumer has given prior express consent to the supply of that digital content beginning before the end of the Cooling-Off Period; and
- The consumer has acknowledged that their right of cancellation will thereby be lost.
By completing your registration and ticking the confirmation box at the point of sign-up, you expressly confirm all three of the above conditions. You confirm that:
- You request that we begin supplying the digital membership and all associated benefits to you immediately upon completion of your registration;
- You understand and acknowledge that by requesting immediate access, you waive your right to cancel the contract within the 14-day Cooling-Off Period; and
- You understand that the no-refund policy set out in clause 2.3 applies from the moment your membership is activated.
|
By ticking the confirmation box and completing your registration, you are expressly waiving your 14-day cancellation right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. This is because you are requesting immediate access to a digital service. All discount codes, e-codes and benefits are made available to you at that point. If you do not wish to waive this right, please do not complete your registration. |
2.5 Cancellation of Membership
You may cancel your membership at any time by contacting us at Info@worldprivilegeplus.com or via the Contact Us page on the website. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current paid membership period, and you will retain access to the Programme until that date. No refund will be issued for any remaining portion of a paid membership period following cancellation.
2.6 Auto-Renewal
Where your membership is subject to automatic renewal, we will notify you in advance of the renewal date and the applicable fee. It is your responsibility to cancel your membership before the renewal date if you do not wish to be charged for a further period. Fees charged upon auto-renewal are non-refundable in accordance with clause 2.3.
2.7 Suspension or Termination by World Privilege Plus
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate a membership without refund where:
- A member is found to have abused the Programme, including sharing access credentials with non-members or misusing merchant offers or codes;
- A member provides false or misleading information at registration;
- A member acts in a manner that is fraudulent, abusive or contrary to these terms.
